A. Although I do believe proper nutrition is beneficial to ageless, radiant skin, no my Ultimate Anti Aging Formula does not include a meal plan.
Q. How can The Ultimate Anti Aging Formula produce the kind of results you mention on your website without using any anti aging products?
A. First off, The Ultimate Anti Aging Formula does use anti aging products-your own. What my formula doesn't use is additional products. Many of the most popular anti aging books and regimens are constantly trying to push a new and improved anti aging product on you. But switching products at will is not always the right thing to do for your skin. Believe me, I have tried every product on the market and not one of them had the ability to completely transform my skin. The Ultimate Anti Aging Formula is not about promoting or purchasing additional products. It's about making the products you already trust and love perform better than ever before.

A. By refreshing your skin. Everyone has a favorite anti aging product they are currently using. Remember how beautiful it made your skin look? Do you remember how excited you were? But the more you used that product the less impressive the results, right? A. Results vary from person to person. I don't think that age is a factor. It mainly depends on the extent of damage to your skin. (We all have skin damage-unless you are a newborn.) For example: Two 34 year olds have used my Anti Aging Formula. One noticed positive results in as little as 11 days. The other one took up to 2 months to see an improvement in her skin. Even though both clients were the same age, both had very different skin.
The client who had to wait 2 months to see an improvement in skin texture and tone had a lot of skin damage. Although she was only 34, she had prominent wrinkles around her eyes, mouth and forehead. Her skin tone was dull and slack. She looked well beyond her 34 years.
The other 34 year old client had a lot less skin damage. She had slight wrinkling around her eyes and some discoloration in tone, but no major damage. Her results were a lot quicker and more noticeable. I don't believe that age has anything to do with personal results. Results depend on the initial condition of your skin.
Q. The headline on your website seems to imply that your ebook is geared towards people just starting to experience the first signs of aging. I am 53 years old with prominent signs of aging on my face and neck. Will the Ultimate Anti Aging Formula help my skin or is it more beneficial to a younger generation?
A. No, I wouldn't say it's more beneficial for a younger generation. I will say only that the results could be a lot quicker. My Anti Aging Formula was developed to fight one of the first signs of aging- the loss of radiance and vibrancy. So naturally, if this is your only issue at the moment you could see an improvement in as little as 10 days. However, I have also discovered that the longer my formula is used the more intense the results. This means as your skin's radiance improves, other issues begin to be addressed also. Wrinkles start to fade into the background and the skin starts to take on a more rested look. That's why I believe everyone should have my Anti Aging Formula in place no matter what their age. It should be the basis of everyones anti aging regimen to fight the signs of aging now and for years to come.
Q. How did you come up with your ebook and the Ultimate Anti Aging Formula?
A. Out of frustration, desperation and 7+ years of research. I have a very go-getter personality. When something negative happens in my life, I rarely take it lying down. And the aging process was no exception. I could not and would not accept that at only age 30, my skin was beginning to age. I read every anti aging book I could find and scoured the internet for hours looking for answers.
I knew I was onto something when friends and family started to comment on how young and vibrant my skin looked. After a little tweaking here and there and more trial and error, the Ultimate Anti Aging Formula was born.
Q. Is the Anti Aging Formula really as simple as you claim?
A. Yes, it is. When I first noticed the fabulous results after using my formula, I began to break it down so I could figure out exactly what was having this wonderful effect on my skin. When I stripped it down to the bare bones, I couldn't believe how simple the concept actually was. Some of my clients even think it is too simple to work- until they try it and experience the amazing results.

Anyone who tells you that they have a product that can conquer wrinkles, loss of elasticity, dullness, skin discoloration, age spots, enlarged pores, change in skin's texture, loss of moisture etc... is either lying to you or doesn't know much about the aging process. My Ultimate Anti Aging Formula is not a cure-all. It is not the only answer for all of your anti aging problems. What it is is one of the best foundations to build your anti aging arsenal on.
Q. Lots of anti aging experts are recommending drinking tons of water to keep skin supple and beautiful. Does your ebook and The Ultimate Anti Aging Formula recommend the same?
A. Before I answer this question let me just be clear about one thing: I am not an anti aging expert of any kind. Yes, I have researched the subject extensively, but to call me an expert or to place me in the company of experts would be a little premature. Also, I'm not entirely sure I want to be placed in the company of the anti aging experts or gurus because quite frankly I found a lot of them to be dead wrong. I followed all their rules and beauty regimens diligently for years and in the end it just didn't make a bit of difference. My skin still started to age at only age 30. So no, I am not an anti aging expert. I'm just a girl who decided to fight the signs of aging instead of accepting it as a fact of life and in the process came up with a formula that keeps my skin young and vibrant.
To answer your question, no, I don't recommend drinking a ridiculous amount of water to achieve glowing skin.
